Better something than nothing? IN an age of outrage, will anyone be surprised if calling out a basic idea produces outrage? And perhaps the critics could produce a better ad themselves! Personally, the best thing to do for the Jewish community is to call out the perversion and corruption of bad people themselves, instead of being defensive when it becomes visible. The entire human race has bad apples. A successful minority's bad apples are easier to point to. I'm disgusted by some of the Jewish people making the headlines, but I see them as no more guilty than the non Jewish people in the headlines whose perversion and corruption is coming into focus. Bottom line, humanity has the problem of corruption and perversion to solve, and it won't be solved by blaming the blameless. Most Jewish people that I know are decent, family loving, community supporting, and wanting to live good lives.
