It is software, with no morality, no human features, in capacity to “learn” or to “train” or to “become conscious”. All these three functions are strictly limited and pre-packaged. AI will only learn that much, and only in the area and in the scope that has already been written down in its code.
If anyone thinks (believes ?) otherwise, they must be “out of their minds”.
