People consistently come up to me wherever I go to tell me what a bright, happy, healthy, and beautiful child I have, and I know it's because she got 0 shots, a focus on animal protein as her first foods, and she's still breastfeeding at 18 months. She's pretty chill, sleeps well, and breezed through teething. Babies aren't supposed to be miserable.

My youngest was in the hospital with cardiac complications as a newborn. They pressed me so hard to give him formula saying that he needed the extra calories. I fought back and even had to get the milk bank involved. It was a nightmare, but I won and my child is super healthy.

As a lactation consultant I was delighted to see an article on the health benefits of breastfeeding. I am seeing a lot online about the importance of healthy eating and the gut microbiome which is great but I wish there was some mention that a healthy human being starts with good prenatal care and keeping mom and baby together to get breastfeeding off to a good start. I worked in a large hospital system and it was a constant battle to keep formula at bay. Lactation consultants have been talking about the benefits of breastfeeding for a long time and I will say there has been some increase in the number of parents deciding to “try” breastfeeding. The medical profession though is still trying to have one foot in each camp, on the one hand encouraging mothers to breastfeed but still telling parents to puts their baby in the nursery at night so they can get some sleep with comments like “you have the next 18 years with your baby”.

Being in the room with new parents and guiding them as they get to know their baby and helping them gain confidence in breastfeeding has been such an honor and the best job in the world.

Thank you again for highlighting this important topic. there is so much work to be done.

My Mom called me a cow when I breast fed. That must have been the propaganda used to replace breast milk with formula. My son married a woman who nursed their girls too. None of us got the Jab. Maybe formula effects the brain too.

And no amount of perverted men, playing dress-up and calling themselves women and taking oestrogen to grow fake titties wanting to breastfeed would ever produce that because ITS NOT NATURAL. Remember that for anyone who supports these grotesque narcissistic paedophiles.

Excellent article but what you haven’t mentioned is that the breast milk of all mammals is rich in endo cannabinoids that are almost identical to those we get from the amazingly medicinal cannabis plant. Our bodies have a sophisticated endo Cannabinoid system of receptors all over.

Kudos.

They never mention the good stuff.

If there ever was a magic plant it is that.

Unfortunately, now that the government is in charge of processing our “legal “ Cannabis, much of those health giving Cannabnoids are bred out of it. It is grown, mostly indoors with focus on high THC and, almost no CBD and the other helpful akaliods. Those of us long time users can definitely feel the difference. It’s a Sacred plant if grown naturally, with wonderful benifits..!

My friend was a technical medical technician at Walter Reid about 1960 when they discovered the key ingredient of mother’s milk called colostrum! Too bad they didn’t understand the value!

I've spent a total 4 years of my life breastfeeding. My last baby had zero formula and zero vaccines.

I’m so glad I was able to nurse both of my babies for two years each. I’ve always encouraged new mothers to do the same.

Acute stress can interfere with breastfeeding.

All stress is managed by the adrenals, it prepares the body for FIGHT/FLIGHT/FREEZE, this means production of breast milk can be sidelined or greatly diminished. Salt is the remedy.

Milk is a salt tonic, a baby’s hydration is their key feature. The beautiful soft plump baby, is radiant with hydration.

Salt turns off the adrenals because it returns hydration. This means the emergency bells are turned off and the adrenals rest. This returns a calm strategic mind and the breasts to full production.

Balancing hydration is crucial in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Hydration equals SALT plus water. Salt is the bucket water must fill to be on-boarded. Water follows salt into and out of the body.

Drinking water alone will not hydrate unless there is salt to receive it. Water will remove salt as it leaves in urine. So you can get dehydrated drinking water all day.

Hydration is a dynamic process, so paying attention to the signs of low salt/dehydration/hyponatremia is important. I have a WILT list in my article: How does salt restriction lead to heart dis-ease and fear based reactionary thinking? Once you learn them and act to remedy them with salt plus water, you can confidently maintain hydration.

For example: every symptom of morning sickness is a result of dehydration.

Every symptom of alcohol poisoning is a result of dehydration. Hence alcohol and pregnancy don’t mix.

Anorexia, nausea, vomiting, dizzy on rising, increased heart rate, slow tendon reflexes or clumsiness, confused thinking, headache etc.

Salt is a first aid kit all women need to experience first hand.

PMS and cramping are the result of dehydration.

Cravings are for salt but often swapped out for chocolate and sugar.

Women need more salt. We are the fluid full, the beauty full, our curves require salt to maintain them.

Salt deficiency causes chronic disease.

Women are twice as likely to get: dementia, diabetes T2, depression than men.

This is because our fluid (salt plus water) requirements are higher.

I breastfed both my kids. One developed asthma and the other ADHD and learning disabilities. I think the cause of both are the shots.

AGREED but you still gave them the BEST start at life and only God knows how much more damage may have occurred if you hadn't breastfed them. KUDOS Mom!
