In 2003 I just happened to get the PSA test and it was positive, and positive on followup PSA tests. Got a biopsy which showed Gleason 9 cancer, not yet spreading. I elected to have radioactive seeding which placed the radiation right on target, avoiding hitting surrounding tissue. Now, instead of seeding, rods with radiation tips are placed for a few hours and then withdrawn, a better way. I have had no adverse side effects over the years and PSA is at 0.1. I still get an annual PSA test.
For metastatic prostate cancer using Fenbendazole, the treatment is still evolving. Fenbendazole is difficult to get into the body system. It is said that salicylates (like in PeptoBismol) help uptake and adding a little DMSO really boosts it. Very small doses of this combo worked for me for another reason, have to be very careful. Check with your conservative doctor first.
The DMSO will carry the Fenbendazole across the intestinal wall into the rest of the body including the prostate where it damages the cancer's microtubules. Still not as good as putting radiation right in the prostate but is a way to hit metastatic CA. The salicylate increases the absorption of Fenbendazole from 80% to 100% at one hour in the intestine.

By the time he was begging for access to clinical trials, begging his “God” Trump for help to get into these last chance trials; he was completely ineligible. He chose to treat his cancer primarily with 3 antiparasitics inc ivermectin. He texted our brother that “they have anti-cancer properties that doctors don’t want you to know about because of big pharma “. He blamed his gut problems on oral chemo, so he didn’t take those as prescribed. Didn’t do radiation, which surely was recommended. The cancer spread to his abdominal lymph nodes and diaphragm & consumed more liver. He’s stage 4. He believes his Dilbert Level regime will shrink his tumors enough to remove them surgically. I imagine his doctor is humoring him because he won’t live long enough to see if his ivermectin shrinks them.
There is nothing stopping anyone in this country from treating their cancer however they like; but there isn’t Jack shit for ppl without money, and there’s not great help with insurance. Ask me; my mangled dbl mastectomy reconstruction & total lack of meaningful support or options even with insurance happened. There’s also next to no support for poor women & ppl living in their cars. Charities spend more on fundraising events than they have to distribute-and rightly the ppl who are most desperate get that help (grocery store gift cards, the odd check,cheap wigs,etc).
