Don't get started! Every drug has one or more side effects, which set the person up with more serious problems. There are better ways to get well and stay well. Today my subject was: The Plain Truth barbaracharis.substack.com It covers very simple information on what people need to do to be healthy....avoid putting anything into the mouth, except healthy unprocessed food.

I take only one prescription med, prednisone. I was given it to save my life in an emergency room four years ago this month. I couldn't breathe, from something I had come down with two months before, possibly exposure to vaxxed people. After that incident I was referred to a pulmonologist, who prescribed prednisone.

I have not experienced any noticeable side effects. It has helped immensely. For weeks I could not lie down to sleep without my lungs filling up and spasming. I had to sleep sitting up. I was gradually able to transition back to normal sleep.

I only take half of a 5 mg tab most days; some days I skip it. It helps when I am having asthma attacks as well. It calms my lungs down and I am able to breathe normally most of the day. I was diagnosed with COPD, but I do not accept that diagnosis.

She did tell me about the possible side effects, so I am vigilant, but would certainly like to be completely healed of my condition, and possibly use other treatments.

I know all about that Prednisone. Have taken it many times for chronic pulmonary issues like infections/pneumonia. Taking that medicine long term everyday however has its serious downsides. My father took it for 30 years due to severe asthma. That medicine, as much of a miracle it is, is very hard on the body. I didn't accept my diagnosis of asthma either and sought out alternative treatments. Mainly acupuncture. It's made a huge difference along with keeping my environment as clean as possible. (Air purifiers, plants, dust control at home, avoid smoke at all costs). My goal is to get off steriod inhalers.

MH - Thank you for that reply. I also do the best I can with maintaining a clean environment and clean air. However, I can't control the actions of my neighbors when it comes to their burning or spraying toxic chemicals.

In order to heal,, one must remove all stresses, which affect the immune system, the digestive system, the eliminative system, the nervous system, etc. One has to be aware as to the environmental dangers we face daily, just in living. So many things in our environment are outgassing and bombarding our bodies. One must remove all these stresses.

If "victims" of allopathic medicine would do just ONE thing, what a difference it would make:

Read the package insert for each and every drug! The gods in white coats that so many worship are legally bound to give it to you, as are pharmacists.

You may need a magnifying glass to read the small print, but it's called "informed consent". Demand it!

Find out what the "Contraindications" are (side effects). Also, research what each ingredient is made from, and then research "toxic effects" of each ingredient.

I assure you, it won't take long, once you do it a couple of times.

Take the list of side effects and toxic effects seriously!! They will most likely happen to you!

Remember this:...There is no one-size-fits-all in any natural or allopathic

Medicine or therapy! I can't emphasize this enough!

What may help one person temporarily, may kill another person with one dose!

Read the package insert, then decide whether or not you want it injected into your bloodstream. Vaya con Dios.

Ive been going through Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) for over a decade - a condition caused by use of topical and other steroids, and write about it and try to raise awareness.. there is a whole community of us and the condition still hasnt been recognized by the FDA in the U.S..

Thank you for speaking up about the dangers of these drugs- they took everything from me and I’m still trying to heal from the damage. ❤️‍🩹

Saw this with a relative. Was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I. E,. We really don’t know what’s causing it so we’ll just give it this title, and shot her full of steroids. Four years later, she can no longer walk. They appear to be shocked.😱

I was diagnosed with Klinefelter's Syndrome in 1993, and at the time the doctor told me she knew nothing about this condition or if there was medication that helped with it. I did research and found many who have this condition take testosterone supplements. However, in Canada, the approved testosterone supplementation consists of three delivery methods: injections, gel, and pills. In contrast, the total number of known delivery methods amounts to 10-15 different versions available in the US. I have been injecting testosterone for going on 34 years. And I was told the very first day I ever received testosterone that I was now automatically diabetic and had heart disease. This is kind of odd, seeing as I guess miraculously a simple injection installed these conditions. But in my chart, this is what it says whenever I get to see it. I, however, found out that long-term injections will damage a person; specifically, the injection sites will have trauma that remains, as well as the possibility of blood clots. So it is advisable to move to other methods of application; however, even though the medical community in Canada says they will assist the patient with getting medication, they refuse for people with my medical condition. (This has been an ongoing fight.) They've told me that "My Kind" doesn't require treatment, and this has been the case since I started seeing the doctors.

against a noble cause.

Why would an ambitious doctor tell you about what he'll be treating you for next?

Sadly, there’s no money for big pharma unless they insult us with their cheesy commercials that lists side effects that are sometimes the disease itself.

Pharma has not cured one damned illness in 125 years. But the harbor is full of yachts.

If you live long enough, you’ll die.

People-wake the F*+# up!! And have a nice day.

My dog was diagnosed with Addisons disease last spring. Prednisone (at a very low dose) is the only treatment available to keep him alive.
