People can be uncomfortable if members of the OPPOSITE sex are undressing in front of them or if they need to remove their clothes in front of a. anyone at that age and b. a member of the OPPOSITE sex. If kids are supposed to be okay with disregarding modesty, why can't the adults here? Because, modestly is real and awkwardness is real and body differences are real and sex is real and especially awkward for children.

I’m on her side on this issue, but I really don’t see what this was supposed to accomplish.

Precedent. In order to sue the school board she must first do something that forces their hand. This not 9ionly does that but it highlights their hypocrisy. We shouldn't need "precedent" to sue government for abuses it engages in but the Judiciary is as corrupt and lazy as the other branches.

Ridiculous - I don’t go to school board meetings to see parents or anybody else stripping down to their bikini. That was disruptive and unneeded.
