The COVID jabs are a large part of that genetic change & DARPA's stated agenda to "evolve" humanity in a particular direction.
Also leaving a "marker gene" in the PCR tests is grounds for legal action as well as much further deeper investigation.

There are any number of reasons, but I can think of a few general cases. One is to simply cover up incompetence. But I think more likely is that they knew the tests were worthless, but had to hide that fact because from the outset "They" had decided it was necessary to promote the "Pandemic" narrative, e.g. the need for authoritarian measures, squelch dissent, promote the Blessed Vaccine, and so forth. That scenario fits in well with what actuallly did happen, for example, the amazingly well synchronized and coordinated emergency responses in many nations. I hold with those who say that the entire Covid-19 response (if not even creating the pandemic itself) was more or less a black op by the Intel/Military community. There is a certain amount of evidence to support such a paranoid assertion. Although it's sort of a side issue, look at how they 'adjusted' the DMED database in Jan. 2022. No one seriously believes that wasn't a cover-up, yet "They" apparently got away with it 100%.
