I did a few things. I went carnivore/lion about six years ago, and I eat only about once a day, so there would be no digesting when I go to bed. I gave up coffee over eight years ago, as I was finding it contributed to a racing heart rate. I also started to practice regularly a means of emptying my mind, where I purge out all the daily worries and replace them with truths from Jesus and praise.
I now sleep easily 7-8 hours, drop off to sleep in minutes, and wake refreshed and invigorated. Also, doing this process is enhanced should you get outside and get some vitamin E, and it does not seem to matter about blue light at all because I do my Bible study on my phone prior to putting it on the charger.
What works for me is exercise...one hour daily of fast walking. We also bought a large copper coil to fend off EMFS, which is supposed to protect the entire home. I wear an EMF deflecting pendant from Aires...and the only electronic device I use is my laptop. No electronics at all in my bedroom. I have not watched TV for almost 50 years; and only occasionally watch classic movies on a screen in our home. No microwave, either.
Yeah, exactly. In apartments we're surrounded by the dirty AC power, so even if we shut it off for the night at the circuit breaker(s), My building, through Comcast/xFinity, even has modems on every floor, and thus a hotspot throughout the building that is constantly bathing the tenants in wifi that we can't control, and it's a strong signal that one can even stream 4k with. One of the weird things about is, most of the tenants don't even know that hotspot it available, because the apartment manager, and xFinity, doesn't tell them about it. I discovered it by accident; and, since I have an xFinity account for my own modem-router (theirs' actually), I can enter my password and use the hotspot. I started primarily using it so I could keep my modem-router shut down most of the time (except when updating my Roku TVs, which oddly don't allow signing in to the hotspot).
I can't stop the hotspot's wifi radiation, but what I recently ended up doing is switching over to virtually doing the reverse. I now keep "my" modem-router turned on, but I accessed it's IP address interface (standard for most modem/routers, accessed via a computer on my home network) and turned the wifi off completely (which I will temporarily have to turn back on every now and then in order to update the firmware in the Roku TVs). So, unfortunately, I'm still constantly being bathed in the radiation from the hotspot, but not from "my own" modem-router. I also now use ethernet (wired internet connection) where I can, particularly for my laptop and some of my TVs (sadly one of the Roku TVs, an older one, and Fire TV sticks, etc., don't allow anything but wireless. There are devices available online to bring ethernet to Fire TV sticks, etc., but they're not fast enough for HD streaming (even one 1gig adaptor isn't truly 1gig, and thus it too is too slow, but hopefully the technology will improve eventually, and the price will go down).
I used to turn the circuit breaker off for the entire front of the apartment, and then ran an extension cord (not allowed by the lease and house rules in my apartment complex) from the bathroom (a trip hazard), so I'd still have power in the bedroom (which is right next to the living room, and is on the same circuit), and then I setup my surge protectors so I could reach over to the side of the bed and turn off the power in the bedroom when I was ready to go to sleep, without having to unplug the extension cord. I still do that for part of the power to the bedroom, so I can control a separate lamp, without either having to reach way up to the lamp's switch, or having to jump up and hit the wall switch to turn the ceiling light off. But I don't run the extension cord anymore, and don't reach over to turn most of my devices off in the bedroom when I'm ready to go to sleep (though I should still be doing so). But what I do now instead of turning off the circuit breaker to the front of the apartment, is I flip off the surge protector controlling all of the power to my living room devices except for the heater, and a fan I keep going 24/7 to keep the air circulating and more of the air going to my two HEPA filters which also run 24/7, doing so for the night, and turning it back on when I get up, and my laptop is shut down for the night as well, which I of course also turn back on and sign back into when I get up. Thus I've limited the EMF radiation, but not entirely, yet less is better anyway, that's for sure. Happy cutting down on EMF!
Oh, and also of course, I put my cellphone in airplane mode most of the time. And I almost forgot, my two tablets are also wifi-only, but I put them in airplane mode too when I'm not using them, and for the night while I'm sleeping (at least when I remember to do so). Anymore though, the entire cell and wifi system is bathing us in EMF radiation more and more, so all we can do is do the best we can do, and it is definitely worth the "trouble" and/or "hassle" to do so, that's also for sure.
P.S.---I was also going to add that at least the hotspot modems on every floor are outside the apartments, on the ceilings of each floor by the elevators (so our brains come very close to same while waiting for the elevator!), but the one on my floor is only about twenty-five feet from my front door since I'm in a center unit. So, we're being "fried" throughout the building!

Interesting Trump-RFK Jr today, I’m not a fan of GLP-1s (biosynthetic Gila Monster venom) for weight loss personally, BUT as a bridge remedy to weight loss to attack chronic diseases and hence Medicare-Medicaid $$$, it is a great MAHA move. For the drops, from $1.350/month today, to $150/mo on TrumpRX and $50/mo copay on Medicare is huuuuge.
Why does anyone not talk about melatonin for sleep ? it works so well . go on utube and listen to Russel Reiter (researcher ) and Doris Loh , and other doctors on melatonin ,this is amazing . there are so many studies on melatonin ,its almost unbelievable . thank you Big pHARMa for all of your lies , against natural molecules .
I tried to buy some GHB online some time ago and my bill pay account was tagged by the FBI and shut down.
Good Lord!

Good job outlining the multi-front warfare waged against us by the medical monopoly.

How can you fix this if you live in an apartment building?
