I couldn't agree more! I lost 10lbs using Coconut oil. If you use olive oil make sure it is 1 sourced that other crap has who knows what in it.

Well of course! The agro mafia, is nothing sacred?

I’ve been using Partanna and Frantoio Uliveti. They taste like EVOO but who knows if I even know what that tastes like. My whole life has been a lie.

What I experienced had nothing to do with time. These doctors are either really dumb or they are intentionally harming people while robbing them blind. My family doctor wrote me a prescription for statins and handed me a printout that said to totally avoid all animal fats, avocado, and coconut. I of course did not fill the prescription and threw the printout into the trash. My next visit I was cursed and barred from his office when he found out that I didn’t fill the script. He cursed me so bad that my wife broke down crying. Stupid!!

I’ve been using coconut oil for lots of things for years. It’s good in coffee. Cook with it. Use it in my dog’s food even. It makes his coat shiny. I brush my teeth with coconut oil, baking soda & peroxide. My dentist even noticed that my teeth were much brighter & whiter. He thought I’d had them bleached. I told him what I use & he said all of that was fine. Nothing harmful; not even the peroxide. It’s a good skin moisturizer & you can make your own salt or sugar body scrub with it.

I researched Coconut Oil about twenty years ago. It began with an out of the blue (I firmly believe it was Chemtrails) Seizures. So, I eliminated all sources of oils and cosmetics that I thought would enter my body through the skin and diet. I made a mixture of org Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and melted Shea Butter (slightly heating them together to melt the Shea butter)for my hair and skin. Put the mixture in a cute little glass bottle with a dispenser and use it religiously everyday. It leaves you skin with a glow; is not oily and when exposed to sunlight, gives you a great tan. I also take two Tbs with my med for Seizures that are slowly being decreased, hopefully to zero.

For cooking, I use it with either Avocado Oil or Grass Fed Butter. Coconut milk, flour and sugar are also great substitutes when cooking.

baking dishes

For my homemade salad dressing extra virgin olive oil but also use it for baking where

it calls for butter or oil

Companies are now making potato chips with both, as well as delicious

Ionly use coconut oil or olive oil or avocado oil or beef tallow. I drink cartons of coconut

oil at least once or twice a day. I put it in my smoothies that I drink every day. My masseuse uses it in her massages

I put coconut oil on after every shower as a moisturizer and deodorant. Its not great as a deodorant, but better than commercial alternatives.

I have been using coconut oil for many years now. I learned about the health benefits of it back in the mid-1990s. I found a company in my research called Tropical Traditions, started by a couple in conjunction with Filipinos in the Philippines. Together they worked on processing the coconuts in the healthiest traditional methods. It led to economic benefits for those involved, as it was fair trade in nature. I don't live in the U.S. at this time, as I did when I started my coconut oil journey, but I still stick with using it. The only other fats/oils I use in preparing foods are healthy organic butter/ghee, and extra virgin olive oil.

The one group of people that should not eat coconut oil are those with an Apoe E 4 gene. 4/4 have the worst reaction to saturated fats, Apoe 3/4 (which I am) also have accelerated atherosclerosis and risk of dementia, so have to be careful with coconut oil and all saturated fats. No pork rinds for me thank you!
