If he had it stuffed down his pants and down one leg, he would not have taken it out until he got onto the roof and my assumption was he used a stairwell to get to the roof. Often, because of fire codes you can get on a roof, but it often locks behind you so people can't break in that way.

Not from the Secret Service, not the FBI, nor the Butler County Sheriff. Many, many questions, but absolutely NO answers. Very strange.
