After reading many articles about DMSO and using it myself for 25 years, my suggestion is that a usable working method be devised for “common folk,” to have a guide reference on DMSO usage. What I could see is a guide with say a starting column of the various problems that are treatable with DMSO. Next column best way of delivery. Next column starting delivery quantity. Next column an alternative delivery. Possible length of application time. Etc.

I keep reading article after article going on adnauaim about how great it is. But nothing like a real how to directive for where to start and proceed.

This same thing could be made for pet care and pet usage. We are using a combo of DMSO AND IVERMECTIN on our elderly pooch with a chronic skin problem on her belly. The vet wanted to treat this problem with lots of lab work, skin removal and some surgery and a lot of money. We have almost cleared the problem at home with our own protocol. And it has Been much easier on our old lady pup.

I like this idea on table of application. I’m still neevous to consume.

I started using DMSO for squamous cell. I read a reply to Midwestern Dr that said do not be afraid of potency. I have found that to be true. At times, I dialed back when skin seemed over agitated.

I am three weeks into multiple daily applications (2-6 daily with chlorine dioxide and herbal ointment)to four squamous cell cancer spots. I think I see improvement. I am scheduled to biopsy in September to see if there is measurable improvement…or cure. 🙏

Check out Midwestern Doctor, the forgotten side of medicine. There is a lot said about research here. I have not read of one problem reported. Says a lot for something that can do so much.

Even for animals.

what you say is true about the mixing the % with water ,its hard to find , and the people who have used it often times do not share how they diluted it , or how they applied it. I have been using it for many years too . I have found that I feel safe using a 50% solution ( 50% water /50% DMSO). i use filtered sterilized water . put it in a jar or bottle and label it . I have a report from a lady that used 99% DMSO and mixed that with an equal amount of castor oil . so she used 1 oz. DMSO / 1 oz. castor oil so mixed together it ends up being a 50% solution . she used it on psoriasis ,with good results . Thru experience I have found that a higher % of DMSO (than 50%) ,causes me stinging and burning . so I mix my solution to 50% . I have used it on sciatica ,with good results . I no longer have it. it is watery ,you put it on your fingers and dab it on and rub it in. it dry's quickly.

These are good observations.

I am an amputee, left below knee. Because of a long ago 12 years I’ll fit I got a bone spur type knot on top of the tibia bone about 2 inches up from bottom. For about 4 weeks I have morning and evening been putting a couple of drops on the bone lump. I think it is getting smaller. It doesn’t hurt. No real way to measure it. But I’ll see. Maybe the more individual results are shared in a venue like this others will try other uses and share results.

Chris , I think you have to apply 4 times a day ,to see results . and use a 50% solution . (at least) .

Good to know. I made a 70/30 solution for my mom's painful eczema, and had her apply it, add CDS, and add a bit more of the DMSO solution. She said it stung, so I had her dilute the DMSO more. I think I will have her try the 50/50 with castor oil. Thank you!

Where can I find reputable pure DMSO? When I read the midwestern doctor Substack, you have to be a subscriber to get that information

I do subscribe to MWD, but I used, for years, DMSO from our local farm supply store. Now I use a brand from Amazon. I use only Pharmaceutical grade in a glass bottle. It is 99.999% pure. I mix to ½ DMSO to ½ pure distilled water. I am told by water experts that Reverse Osmosis water is the same. An interesting thing about the Pharmaceutical Grade is that at 66 degrees the DMSO congeals and gets gel like.

Above that it is fluid. So in winter time I keep the bottle Menards the wood stove. The other thing I do is mix preparations carefully. I use CLEAN glass utensils. I acquired a small metal funnel. The other thing I do is put the 50/50 mix in 2 different means of delivery. I got small glass dropper bottles. Brown ones from Amazon. 2-3 oz size. And also from Amazon small glass spray bottles. I have one for me, one for wife, and one for dog. I only mix up about 1-2 oz at a time. Always apply with clean hands and clean skin. Alcohol wipe works good. Any DMSO applied must be to clean areas as it will immediately move any contaminates into the blood stream. These are procedures I use. Try your own. I have also found the Pharma grade is much better smelling.

Amazon has it , I have been using for years , there is a "DMSO " store brand that I do not like , but its the cheapest and has a bad smell. but the ones that cost are a little more , seem better to me . read the reviews . and some have no return , I don't buy those, because if you get a bad batch , your stuck .

100%. I have purchased DMSO for many friends and family and sent articles about its use. However, when they ask about dosage and frequency I have no idea. I have no idea for my own uses as well. And there is no clear source to get this information. I’ve left comments for a Midwestern Doctor asking for this - saying I would gladly pay for the info (I’m already a paid subscriber) but all I see are continued articles promoting DMSO with no practical application guidance. Help!

Hi, I suggest that you make your own system of how to dose. There are new writings out almost daily. Sure some are reposts, maybe with a slight tweak but collect them. Make a log or spreadsheet with columns listing what is necessary for yourself. Keep adding to this list

And try various processes on yourself maybe using what someone else has tried and you try 50% of what worked for them. Then you can increase on your timeline based on your results. Experiment, it has worked for me. Be your own researcher. And keep accurate records. And add any interesting results to Substack. Good luck

Thanks, but I practically have no time for this. And I suspect many people don’t either! With the entire upheaval of trust in the medical establishment I’ve now been forced to do my own research on just about every medical intervention for me and my family. This takes hours and hours of time with still no concrete evidence or confidence that I am doing things correctly. I’m not trying to be difficult, but when you’re working full-time running a business, raising multiple children, researching so many issues to stay informed on real truth and real science there just isn’t time to do this. As I said, I am willing to pay for this information. Appreciate your response and understand where you’re coming from. It’s just not a realistic solution for me at this time.

Wow, you have a lot going on. I get the dilemma you’re faced with. But try and remember how important your health is. Your body knows what is best for it. I’m 80 now and have been hitting on all 8 cylinders for many years now. Quite a while ago I gave up listening to others mostly allopathic doctors. I have had joints replaced, my left leg amputated, because of accident. But I do things my way. I’m told I look and act like I’m 55. I used to work 16 hours a day. I’m going to suggest you do what you feel is best for you. Go within and find your answer. Not someone else’s. Blessings to you

we did not get the jab , but caught it from someone who had the jab , very contagious . husband caught it and gave it to me , he could not breathe , and called an ambulance ,and he was in the hospital for 10 days ,with myocarditises ,and blood clots all over his body , heart lungs and legs . they put him on Remdesivir .(he did not know) until I asked the day before he left) there were no visitors allowed .This was in oct. 2020. I had order the ivermectin and we started taking it twice a week . and never looked back.I have no idea what it prevented , but we didn't get covid or flu since then . He was on blood thinners for 6 months . and survived . we still take it . it blocks path ways to cancer cells . we both take bromelain everyday to keep the blood thin . we are old too 77/79. we have not really been sick since 2020, we changed our diet and lost tons of weight , doing timed eating and fasting . we lost 60-70lbs. don't take drugs , husband takes blood pressure meds , but losing weight ,I no longer take BP meds . Also a good site is Earth Clinic.com you can search and ask questions .

I’ve been using diluted 30% DMSO and water on my legs for over 10 months. In spite of the fact that I’ve cooked healthy foods, many of which I grew, since I was 18, I developed blocked arteries in my legs and had to have those arteries cleared about a year and a half ago. They can only clear blockages to the knee as arteries below are too small to mechanically clear.

I also use a formula I make of organic sesame oil, castor oil, helichrysum and basil oils with about 30% DMSO added to increase penetration into tissues.

I alternate with the essential oil formula and the DMSO/water solution.

Neither this article nor the book DMSO for Doctors that I bought have enough information about proper dosage or dilations topically or internally.

Still hunting for information how to treat brain related tinnitus since I've ruled out my ears being the issue long ago. Any advice appreciated. My head has been ringing a high pitched tone steadily since May of 2014.

Ozone water will promote skin healing far better than any compound and it’s free after you purchase an inexpensive ozone generator. Just bubble water for 3-5 minutes and apply by spray or microfiber cloth. Any skin infection is soothed by ozone water’s disinfecting action. After the skin is disinfected the ozone breaks down into oxygen that promotes rapid healing. Acne is prevented, burns are soothed and heal without infection.Hemorrhoids are soothed and healed. Skin wounds heal rapidly without infection and scarring is minimized.

Simple easy inexpensive ozone water’s disinfecting action is the best thing you can apply to your skin.

Look for an ozone generator rated at 500mg+, 1 gram is the most powerful portable generator that I have seen. Be sure to bubble water for 3-5 minutes for a glass up to a quart. Ozone faucets deliver instant ozone water and replace RO systems, however

Ozone faucets are hard to find. I sell them at ozoneforyou.com.

I’m curious about the statement: “Fire ant, spider, even pit viper bites and stings can be treated with DMSO….stops the venom damage, prevents tissue death…” I thought these were poisons that should NOT have DMSO applied because it would carry them into the bloodstream. Can you explain?

If you have already been stung, they're already "in your bloodstream". DMSO mitigates the damage caused by these toxins.

It is remarkable stuff, but we need to not oversell what it can do. I use it regularly, and it works fine as an NSAID applied topically. I had hoped it would improve a couple of neurological problems I suffer from, but I didn't begin treating early enough with DMSO to make a difference. I can't speak to its efficacy if used intravenously or orally, but the few studies are promising and there are numerous testimonials. It's inexpensive and relatively safe, so it's worth a try if it seems appropriate. You may need to educate and/or ghost your MD, though.

I’m having a hard time

understanding the dilution process - if I have 99.9% solution, how on earth do I get it to be 30%?

Yes - add 70% water … exactly how

much water is that?!?

Does that mean 1 tsp DMSO + 7 tsp

Water??

If the measure dose is 1 tsp of 30% diluted, does this mean a SECOND dilution bc it always calls for ‘take with plenty of juice or water’ ..?

Have I lost the plot before I even get started..?😜
