Unfortunately the treatment of the Canadian woman and actions of the authorities is the logical culmination of several interrelated causes. Th design of their healthcare system means that saving money whenever possible becomes a priority because it cannot provide all the care that is required and murdering people responsible for those costs becomes a way of reducing them. Unfortunately the treatment of the Canadian woman and actions of the authorities is the logical culmination of several interrelated causes. Th design of their healthcare system means that saving money whenever possible becomes a priority because it cannot provide all the care that is required and murdering people responsible for those costs becomes a way of reducing them.
