Anything would be an improvement over the current system - especially after what occurred in the hospitals during covid with remdesivir/ventilators/midazolam. Basically, if you showed up at the hospital with covid, instead of offering you the kind of treatment that may very well have saved your life, they instead put you on a track to your demise. The system has lost its collective conscience & that is not something that is easily reclaimed as it means re-establishing your ethical moorings. The administrators lost those moorings a long time ago.
Sadly I truly feel the reverse is in the works. My local doctor, whom I've been seeing since I was 10, closed his practice last year. He was penalized for not sending enough patients to the hospital. I think that is the intent. Create so many obstacles that the small practices close, forcing all of us to the hospital for "care". They can dictate their mandates or you dont get care. The disturbing trend has been to avoid the vaccine issue like the plague even though those shots, and the "virus", were clearly a bioweapon designed to do harm. And Kennedy knows it. This is not just a problem of justice regarding potential perpetrators, but mainly about this entire structure remaining in place that can be swiftly utilized in the future. We'll see what happens, but if that stays in place then very little will truly be achieved in the long run because that's the mechanism for total control over the population by removing all rights in a flash.
He has to set the stage; he is up against pharma. It will come.
It's going to have to be public pressure and activism to get things done. Sure, give him about 6 months or so, but RFK has clearly backed off talking about the vaccine issue, specifically covid shots & the autism connection, in order to get confirmed. However, he works for Trump and the President has shown no signs of recognizing the disaster that the covid shots are so I have serious doubts about RFK being able to speak openly about this. Also, the other key is the vaccine liability shield as well as the PREP ACT and we can see how rabid so much of the Senate is in terms of protecting the cash cow of pharma so it will be very difficult to repeal the 1986 Act because that will require Congressional action.
No doubt good things will be done in terms of transparency and corruption, however, unless this tyrannical 'public health' edifice is torn down it is guaranteed to happen again some time after this administration is out of power. It's sort of a 'tyranny on demand' system whenever it needs to be unleashed and so we cannot wait and hope something gets done. None of it gets accomplished without immense pressure and it might take that for Trump to shift his position.
Unfortunately, he had to humor those in power in order to get into a position where he can effect change. If he was 'shooting from the hip' he would not have been confirmed.
I acknowledged that in my comment, however, the trend for some time has been to avoid talking about vaccines and the liability shield and if that shield and the PREP Act remain we're permanently screwed. The question remains whether he'll step forward again and take all the absurd attacks, smears, and slanders from the media, and a lot of Congress, for simply exposing the obvious lack of safety and move toward removing that liability shield. And him doing that may depend on Trump giving him that leeway without sacking him if he does. He will still be facing a lot of pressure and efforts to keep him contained in order to protect pharma and some of it will come from the GOP. I know he'll be effective, but this issue is existential in terms of sustaining basic rights and truly bolstering freedom and a functional society. I'm not convinced the bigger issues will be achievable in just a few years. We'll see.

RFK Jr is well aware of it. We'll see if he starts speaking openly again while in his political appointment. If measures aren't taken to take that system apart it's guaranteed to be put in use in the future. Pretty obvious if you understand the depths of it. Maybe try to expend your energy in a more productive way rather than lashing out at others' comments you simply don't like instead of contributing constructively.

There is good data that the jabs aren't safe for everyone. Who knows, maybe not safe for anyone. Pharma wouldn't need liability protection if they were.
