There is no accountability. My daughter walked into the hospital fine after taking medication, and she threw up about 80% of it and 4 hrs later, they induced 3 does of fentanyl and she went into cardiac arrest. Michigan laws protect the doctors, we pay their wages, and there is no accountability, and they don't listen to what we want done or administered to our children. They should be in the mindset that they work for us, not insurance companies. I asked the doctor numerous times to pump her stomach and administer activated charcoal, and she had the audacity to tell me that's old school and she doesn't THINK they even have charcoal in the hospital. EVERYONE failed my daughter!!!! She didn't want to die. She didn't understand what the consequences would be. She thought they'd pump her stomach, and she'd be fine. She screamed at us and said she was sorry she didn't mean it... Hard to believe that people blame President Trump and they still do. You could prove facts to each one and they still want him to be blamed. What a shock when people will realize the truth behind all things going on! President Trump did not know. How would he know? He is not a scientist or doctor. He trusted the top people to be honest. Have you ever trusted someone and it went totally wrong? It happens to any of us. I pray for President Trump every day. You people just want him to be eaten alive and for what reason? You cannot even understand the times. I am glad President Trump has finally found out the truth behind vaccines and he is doing the right hting by shutting it down.
It's within every person's God-given authority to say NO to "health" mandates that override their individual and parental rights inherent in life itself. Authentic care for one's health is a very personal and intimate matter guided by real love, but when we allowed it to become a multi-billion dollar government-controlled "Healthcare," it became a tyrant to which millions upon millions have succumbed through mindless acquiescence or even false worship. And because we have ceded this God-granted individual power so easily and for so long, it is likely to cost a lot more to take it back now. But take it back we must. It was the great lesson of the covid era.
The problem with all of this is a victim or his/her surviving nearest relatives can't compel a prosecutor to legally investigate a criminal wrong, much less actually prosecute it, regardless of how much probable cause exists. The Supreme Court has ruled that U.S. citizens aren't legally entitled to a prosecution of those that committed crimes against them if the prosecutor doesn't choose to do so and there's not a legal avenue to challenge the prosecutors discretion to not prosecute. In other words, heinous criminals could maim and kill you and your family daily and if the prosecutor chooses not to prosecute, there's nothing you can do. That was the conclusion I drew from a brief drill-down of the law but I'm not a legal expert so I could be wrong. I can't help but think that the Constitution intended that protection to be included given it listed 'Establish Justice' as it's second highest priority in the Prelude.
