But let's note that if the ex-post-facto clause were not in our Constitution, and we passed a law stating that "Any non-specialized journalist or pundit, whose episodes or pieces from the years 2022-2025 mentioned or discussed the Covid-19 vaccination harms, or the possibility thereof, less than 1% of the time, shall be punished with 5 years in prison, for gross dereliction of duty to the public," then Ms. Kelly herself might get convicted and put behind bars. Sure, she's talked a few times about her own injuries. But can you tell me how many Covidvax dissident experts she's had on her show? Or how many of her episodes explored the various death-estimates?

And as for her podcast media-space peers, or her former peers at the networks? Nearly ALL of them would get convicted.
Yeah, there would be 1st-amendment problems also w/ such a law. But as long as we're dreaming, this is what a fulsome justice-dream for our era looks like.
