This is a take down of freedom. Canada was slated years ago to depopulation of the strong. The USA is now the backup deletion to further the world goverment. I believe now it is the time for American and Canadian citizens to awake and stand together and take the whole shi?tshow down! We still have enough of us to take back control. Time for the citizens of USA and Canada stand up together and remove the trash!

The government's are the ones causing war and we the people sign up to fight for them and their owners! No more... time to take this planet back from the government and elite!

The truckers in Canada and the USA stood together! Can you imagine what our countries can do together to eliminate the devils of this world?

That's not a sinister plot. It's called the power of the people's purse. A nationwide stop to spending is not a nefarious plot. It's a flexing of spending power to illustrate to corporate America that it can't continue exploiting the population without consequence.

Corporations for far too long have fed off the American people and it has gotten to a point the US government is wholly owned by monied interests, especially our current administration, and this is simply the people making an attempt to throw the parasites off for a moment to see how that changes things.

Corporations have become so arrogant and entitled they are currently building AI data centers across the US that are using enormous amounts of electricity and water and creating huge amounts of pollution to air and water. AND the costs for their buildings and activities are being paid for by each and every American citizen without their permission.

If you can't understand this or have your head stuck somewhere, I advise pulling it out, stop this divisive rhetoric you spout and join the efforts to help Americans before we lose it all.

If you support this gross miss-messaging of what is being organized and hopefully implemented, you are an active supporter of the American people bleeding dry.

Being a successful CO requires more than simply thumping on a Trump drum. Consider a real job.

While your point is ok, the real problem is with the voters in this country. We elect incompetent nincompoops to run our government and end up with bought politicians. Revolution by the likes of Antifa is not the answer,,,,unless you are willing to be dictated to by radical control freaks bent on killing you. Get involved in change, yes, not in a movement you don’t know. And, why is capitalism so bad? Are you putting up your capital at risk to create business? Employ workers? Take the risk of success or failure?? No one gives the businessperson a handout to start a business or a guarantee of success. They take the risk. Respect! 🫡

Voting is just hiding a desire to rule over others. If you think about it, it makes a lot of sense. If my candidate wins, we rule over you. If your candidate wins, you rule over us. Democracy is illegitimate without consent. Explicit dissent should always override implied consent. Voting is validating and acknowledging aggression. The fact that a majority of the people who vote can have their way with you doesn’t mean they are acting on your behalf – they are not. They are always acting in violent opposition to our wishes, and those of a great many people - likely all people at least some of the time. The state doesn’t lead to violence; the state is the manifestation of institutionalized violence / aggression. In other words, democracy (which is a word that doesn’t exist in our Constitution or the Declaration of Independence) is a cover for the aggression, not a justification. Especially a pure democracy which is a "mob rules" system. Our Republic tried to put a system of checks and balances in place to avoid the mob rules issue. Over time it was eroded through more government power and it’s no longer working. We must shrink all government or it’s only going to get worse.

Yes. The Federal government should only be involved in the duties outlined in the US Constitution, nothing more. Government shutdown now of only nonessential services; if these services are nonessential, then the federal government should not be using our tax dollars to be paying for them. Imagine if the responsibility for these services was sent back to the states. We would have more local control.

I have owned and operated several small businesses and employed people in those businesses. I fully understand capitalism and how it works in first hand detail.

What is going on in America is no longer a free market capitalism. It is an oligarchy. Specifically a Technocratic Oligarchy. And NO, I am not in favor of a technocracy.

And neither should anyone else be.

Somehow you seem to be stuck in a black and white paradigm where either a perverted version of capitalism has to be accepted and to your own detriment OR antifa will take over. The same with voting. You seem to think only two ways that are presented to you are the only viable alternatives when in reality they are the only two alternatives because you accept them as such.

I'm not "getting involved" in a movement I don't understand. I think you are projecting your own lack of understanding on others.

You have it 100% backwards. Corporations are not the problem. This is a common misconception and fallacy and socialists take advantage of this for their propaganda. Allow me to explain. Corporations don’t have any power as independent entities in a free market. They have to compete against many companies and alternatives to stay in business. On the other hand, the government has a monopoly on aggression. The government controls most of the courts, the laws/regulations, the military, etc. And the corporations produce everything around you - your home, car, phone, computer, food, etc. AND NOTE THE GOVERNMENT PRODUCES NOTHING. The only way for the government to stay in business and grow is through direct taxes and the worst of all the indirect tax called the inflation tax (printing money to fund the government). In 1913 Wilson allowed the Fed to be created and the same year the income tax was started. There were many other changes like the one to the Commerce clause that gave government unprecedented power. The government controls the money supply so they can print it to do almost anything they want (which is how they funded the wars and welfare state and why we are approaching $38T of debt). Again, the government only extracts and produces nothing to be able to pay back this debt. Corporations see this power and abuse it. They get bailouts, subsidies, laws in their favor etc in exchange for political donations (consider them legal bribes). Yes, the corporations are taking advantage of this power, but don’t blame them. It’s the government which wields the power and grants certain companies and people the advantages. So the root cause of the problem is a massive government that has the power to be bribed. If you significantly reduce government to its one main function (which is to protect our freedoms under the Constitution), then they would not have the power to help the corporations. For example, if you get rid of the Fed (a central bank monopoly power created through the Federal Reserve Act), then there is much less money to pay for the wars and feed the industrial military complex. The people would have to directly determine what to pay out of their pockets to support the military. So the solution here is to shrink our government massively (just look at the fiscal deficit and debt) which is what Trump is trying to do. The end of this article is correct… the younger generation sees inflation (again, which is a tax the government uses through money printing and debt - debt is future money printing because they print more money later to pay it off), wars, poor health etc and thinks the problem was caused by the corporations. Banks would have not received bailouts and big pharma wouldn’t get liability protection for vax injuries if government was smaller and stuck to its original enumerated powers. The Fed, welfare, industrial military complex are all monsters created by big government and they dilute our wealth over time through taxation. In other words, we have been slowly adding socialism to our system. Note our government is becoming more centralized which is what socialism and communism are - more centralized control over people’s lives and decisions. The US is mostly a capitalistic system, but far from a true free market because of the size of our government (at the federal, state and local level). So the young and ignorant blame the corporations but in fact it’s the creeping socialism in the system over decades that is the core problem. The socialists see this and seize on the opportunity to say, “See, capitalism doesn’t work!” And then they push for even more socialism (forced income distribution, etc). This is happening in NYC where a “socialist democrat” who is really a communist will likely get elected. I hope he does because it will be a disaster and show that those policies will only make everything worse. Our government has messed up so bad and they will never take the blame, so it’s easy for the socialists in this country to cry foul and blame capitalism. There is more than enough evidence from around the world that capitalism works and socialism doesn’t. What’s important to understand is we are not a true free capitalist country anymore (we were up until around the early 1900s). We are at best a “crony capitalist” economy and the growing centralization of government is socialist in nature. So please stop blaming corporations. They are only doing what our government is happy to do for them. Almost all of Congress is grifting off of all of us. The only solution is to shrink the state (defined as a non-voluntary government). Voting is a sham and a cover for the state’s aggression. It doesn’t matter who is in power, the government grows unabated and that’s worse for all of us. Step back and look at all the wonderful things around you. 99% of them were sold voluntarily to you by corporations or other non-govt entities and made your life better. Nothing around you except taxes and poor government services (because they have no competition) comes from government. Our government is slowly becoming more centralized and injecting socialism into our free economy, but capitalism is too blame because socialism is a Trojan Horse that few see. More socialism will just make it all worse. The culprit is the centralization of power which resides with our government. With all due respect, you have fallen for the propaganda. This comment is especially misguided: “Corporations have become so arrogant and entitled they are currently building AI data centers across the US that are using enormous amounts of electricity and water and creating huge amounts of pollution to air and water. AND the costs for their buildings and activities are being paid for by each and every American citizen without their permission.”

You should look around you and note your hypocrisy. Corporations have provided all the tools to you that make your life easier. And you don’t think Schumer and McConnell are not arrogant and entitled? Pelosi has made tens of millions as a Senator. She is more wealthy than many CEOs of corporations - and she gifted it off of the citizens and produced nothing for you. She’s been bought. Were you complaining when corporations built their retail stores? Were you complaining when car companies built their manufacturing plants? Did you whine when oil companies build processing plants? How about when Mastercard and Visa built huge data centers? You’re cherry picking AI data centers, which are not any different from past tech investments. And it’s not true that the costs are paid by us. They may be getting tax breaks, which is good for investment and jobs. They don’t need our permission to invest. Stop blaming the people who have provided almost tall the wonderful things you use everyday. Otherwise, stop being a hypocrite, and get rid of your car, computer, washing machine and all the other great stuff the “evil” corporations sold to you voluntarily. Move to a truly socialist country and find out what it’s like to be without the competing corporations. Government is the sole problem. Always has been and always will be.

My statement is true. It's you who are misguided by taking what I wrote and turning into a political football when I in no way politicized my statement. Though you did.

“Corporations have become so arrogant and entitled they are currently building AI data centers across the US that are using enormous amounts of electricity and water and creating huge amounts of pollution to air and water. AND the costs for their buildings and activities are being paid for by each and every American citizen without their permission.”

That is in no way a politicized statement.

Your argument has nothing to do with what I actually wrote but is instead a strawman argument signifying nothing.

Obviously you know nothing about how the AI data centers are funded or fueled. Try reading up on it. It's far from the few "tax breaks" that you assume. Though in my experience people who present "Bravado" criticisms based on thin air aren't interested in finding out the truth, only in their own ego strokes.

Your need to characterize me as "whining" or "complaining" is as ineffective as it is untrue. Out of curiosity, I do wonder why you stoop so low in your effort to "conquer". This is rhetorical.

I am not advocating socialism. I am advocating free market capitalism. What is currently in practice is oligarchy. Specifically tech-oligarchy or what is commonly called Technocracy.

I am not a hypocrite. I owe nothing to corporations I have purchased goods or services from at fair market price and I don't know why you believe you should be grateful or paying homage to corporations.

That's a glitch in your faulty reasoning IMO.

I flew out to Portland just to see antifa myself, up close.

There is obviously something beyond the average follower organizing these guys.

Most of them are kids who've never worked before.

High school drop outs.

And yet they had multiple vehicles at their disposal, including a revamped milk truck they called the "snack wagon", where they carried their weapons of choice.

And while most of them were hapless, a few were clearly organizers with some degree of tactical training.

Among the tactics is to place children of rich families at the front of their most aggressive protests, and try to provoke the police to respond to their bullshit with equal aggression; this plowing into the rich kid, whose parents are bound to cause problems for the police.

For a few weeks in Portland, they were firing make shift fucking mortars at a government building.

I guarantee there is outside organization and some degree of funding.

I'd stake my retirement fund on it, without a second thought.

Kids feel the way they feel, not because they logically look at life and see they will never own anything. They feel that way because the educational system has been telling this upcoming generation that it is that way. And yes, they are crazy. Their education made them crazy. They lack reasoning ability. They are unable to see that if they would throw off their brainwashing and quit fighting against a new political system now in place, their lives could improve tenfold.

If these guys feel so hopeless about ever owning anything, how is it they are perfectly fed, clothed and monied enough to carry on like a bunch of wild animals without having to work for a living?

They were going towards them. One of the men saw me standing there watching them and came towards me with a weapon in his hand. A knife I think. I yelled “Stop!” And then a man who was behind me raised his hand and knocked him to the ground. (My angel?). I woke up not knowing who I was dreaming of. My sister said it sounded like Antifa.
