Personally I'd see something like this as the finger of God, that I needed to stop all meds. and fast on organic juices, and submit my fate to the Almighty through showing mercy to the poor through volunteer work and donating to needy causes. Gerson has some merit though it's extreme. Coffee enemas are highly unnatural, what I'd call nutritional buggery, using psyllium, chia and other fiber to clean out the alimentary canal is much better.
