Do write a registered letter to that person, informing him/her there are serious proven concerns about donated blood being contaminated with modRNA (genetically modified RNA) from covid shot - potentially causing cancer, multiple inflammations and serious disregulations to the immune system. Put a copy or a printed page from vigilant fox or from another source with it.
Ask the person politely who is responsible? And ask as well about her personal liability with that. Do tell the person by receiving your letter he/she now is being informed about a serious potential health danger caused by contaminated blood donations, - and using these blood donations untested will mean nothing else but to act deliberately.
That of cause might make the person feel uncomfortable. But there is no other way.
Perhaps give the advice to that person, to get written confirmation from a higher ranking person about the fact the higher ranking person takes the liability.

When the flooding happened in the Western part of NC I finally was directed to someone in Charlotte. Years ago if I had issues I could contact the Senator or Governor without a problem. But best of all in my opinion were three plates sequencing each other. The first one read: "Do you trust in the government?" The second one read: "Does the government trust in you?" and the third one: "Has the government any right NOT to trust in you?!" Wow, that's the way to look at it.
