Did the girlboss ceo write this note also?

Even their damage control stinks of corporate ineffectiveness and marketing speak.

Gross.

I once visited a Cracker Barrel restaurant near Manchester, New Hampshire. The food was inedible. I called the waitress over to show her how the ugly lump of cold, brownish mashed potatoes could be lifted from my plate in one distasteful mass by poking a fork into the middle of it. She didn't see the problem. Everything we were served looked like leftovers from the day before or earlier.

Our party left the restaurant after the manager apologized. For the food AND for the waitress.

Cracker Barrel in New England has always been a mess and a bit gross. Cracker Barrel in Colorado and Arizona has always been quite good in my experience. I used to watch them mix the flour etc to make the biscuits in Pueblo Colorado. Not sure what MA and NH would have pre prepared crap that's probably microwaved when other location make from scratch. Especially since it's privately owned not franchised. It's not logical. But I wouldn't even get Ice tea from a Cracker Barrel in the North East.

If CB was truly sorry and remorseful, the first step in proving it would have been to shitcan blondie and send her and her consultants back to Taco Bell (if they’d take her).

Cracker Barrel was fantastic 40 years ago, but since trying to fill up the world with stores and their wallets with cash, not so much!

Cracker Barrel you really need to stop doing the BUD Light thing - I am from Canada and one thing I like - aside from the food is the experience of actual or reproduction antiquities being available to look at while in enjoying the dinning experience - Leave the woke stuff to Mcdonalds, New Coke, Pepsi and all the other Board Room rebrandable stuff - Taco Bell is no place to get a person who will lead a full service restaurant - You need a chef from Hells Kitchen to do that
