She was clearly interfering with LEO operations with her vehicle and clearly disobeyed LEO orders to desist. And it appears she was trying to evade LEO, and struck an LEO.
Not sure why these people don't get that you don't get to decide what LEO order you will/won't comply with. We see it in dash/officer cams all the time - people just outright refusing to comply.
We pay LEO to be the sharp point of the spear and use violence when necessary to keep order. To interfere or place yourself crossways with is likely to be a life-altering event.
