Since president Trump gave RFK JR the opportunity and the funding to explore and develop improvements to the very things you cited as incompatible ad not belonging in the same sentence, it’s clear you’re suffering from cognitive dissonance of hearing things that are good and encouraging from a source you hate. In my humble opinion, MAHA was one big giant limited hangout. Trump used RFK Jr. and us to get elected and then immediately did the big rug pull. We fell for it, and now the poor vaccine injured have been left out to dry, twisting in the wind. I feel so bad for them. Such a betrayal.
