So I have to ask, what good does this do when it's been months (years?) since these people lost their jobs, or worse, got the jab to keep that job and have damaged their health? Why can't this kind of illegal, unconstitutional action be taken up within days or weeks?

I agree, in an ideal world none of this would have even happened. But the world is not ideal (yet) , it's people like us who will make it so. We keep chipping away until the ediface of evil crumbles and the emperor stands there naked. The important thing is to stay positive because it is our thoughts and intentions which create reality. This victory will be hugely encouraging for us in other countries.

So, that would mean, with Supreme Court Case precedence that any state school vaccination mandates or long established vaccine programs would also be "unconstitutional, violates the separation of powers … arbitrary and capricious."

That's why the decision will get overturned up on appeal. If school districts can mandate vaccines, surely New York City Government can?
