Imagine living just before the outbreak of the Civil War and a pollster asks you if you support the slave labor of others since it helps keep your children clothed in cotton. Then they ask you if you believe that mandatory slave labor should be legal provided some people are alleged to benefit from the slave labor of others. Then they ask you if society should compensate the slave for their injuries that might result from their slave labor. Then they ask you if the government should do a better job disclosing all of the hazards of working as a slave. Then they ask you if slave owners should be exempt from liability since slavery is a national security priority. Those are examples of the absurd ethical premises behind mandatory vaccinations. That’s where we’re at.
