Thank you so much for these condensed articles! I love AMD…but reading the entire article is quite a time commitment. Your articles help me pick which I should deep dive into! :)

Hydration not oxygenation underpins our physiology.

Hydration equals SALT plus water. Water follows salt into and out of the body.

Electrolysis always requires a salt.

Oxygen is a manmade extremely dry gas. Oxygen has zero humidity, and it’s toxic to lungs because it is a dehydrator. Oxygen can kill. This is well known, humidifiers are used to mitigate its dryness.

Air is moist, it’s measured by its grams/cubic metre of water.

Lungs require air not oxygen.

Air humidity within the range of 30-50%. Once inhaled the respiratory mucosa adds moisture and salt particles because the humidity must rise to 100% at the alveoli sacs. That’s dew point or drop point.

The RBCs are bathed in salty water as they pass through the alveoli capillaries. They are rehydrated with saline water. No dry gases are exchanged.

The RBCs are salt water sponges, they distribute salt water, to maintain moisture.

All dis-ease begins with dryness. Every physiological process requires moisture.

The hospital’s no 1 remedy is the saline IV drip for very good reasons. Healing begins with hydration.

Salt is our ally, with water it creates the elixir that powers our resilience.

Women need more salt than men. Women are built to carry more fluid. We are the fluid full, the beauty full.

Pregnancy requires more fluid and salt to hold it. Adding water alone does not hydrate. Salt is the bucket water must fill to be on-boarded. Without salt, water must be passed in urine. Drinking water all day can cause dehydration.

Morning sickness is caused by dehydration or lack of salt.

PMS is caused by dehydration or lack of salt.

Learn the symptoms of dehydration/low salt to understand SALT is a first aid kit.
