Movement is Life! People should really read about the Father of medicine, Hippocrates. His wisdom was profound. My current newsletter: Hippocrates: The Art of medicine. The Father of Medicine and Ethics. It is unbelievable that his history and teachings are not taught in medical schools. Hippocrates was known for his WISDOM and his CURES. He advocated Natural Nutrient-rich foods and Exercise. He said that food alone would not support health. Movement was totally necessary. I was so impressed with his quotes that i put them down in my log book of quotes. People would get a real health education by reading about Hippocrates who lived 2400 years ago in Ancient Greece. He knew more than the majority of doctors today...He was into the Prevention of illness, as well.

Sitting and taking it easy because you worked hard all your life will kill you faster than chasing a cat across I-4 in 3pm traffic.

But first it will make your life miserable.

When you get older it’s not time to take it easy it’s time to work harder I have a lot of work, both mental and physical to do every day that I would prefer not to do and I could afford to hire someone to do it for me but I won’t because I know what a lazy life would do for me.

I’m 78 and if I have a choice I will die of working rather than rotting in a recliner.

I'll be 65 in march next year, have trained on & off since my twenty's , do stretching, squats, touch my toes & crossed legs touching my toes, 240 press ups in sets of 60 and & 40 sit ups then a cold bath to finish every week day morning (would prefer the sea or river though) , weight training Mon/Wed/Fri & jog Tue/Thur & sat sun off for the last 8 years, take methylene blue & creatine on weight training days, walk 3 Tibetan mastiffs twice a day every day, it's all in the head this getting old crap I'm just growing up Lol.

Anyone can do it if able, just start sensibly and do what's comfortable, start with 3 reps 6 then 9, I'm Always counting in my head when doing push ups 1-9 x 3 times then 123=30x twice, this works mentally for me, if you don't use it you lose it. Respect& X 2 All

I'd be aching all day otherwise, I'm a Pro- bass player /singer and have always favoured my right leg when playing and this gave me osteoarthritis of the right hip , when going to see my doctor at the time I was using a cane, to which he told me to stop using and go running, I thought ??? I'm in pain but took his advice and never looked back, same with rotating cuff on my shoulder, press ups were sore but got rid of that too!, persevering is the key, work through the pain if you can.

You are welcome, john, but I can't take credit for the phrase. I heard it many times from my brother, who is a naturopathic physician.

Love the Midwestern Doctor. I totally get this. The Scamdemic helped me more than hurt because it put me on a course to learn alternative methods to care for my 60 yr old body and my family. Through supplements (NAC, glutathione, bromaine, quercetin, etc.) and now a great phototherapy patch I so much feel better and like my old self, heal much quicker (use to take 3 weeks to heal cuts I get from working outside, now about a week) and recover faster, sleep sounder. I didn’t believe anything could impact aging but man I am glad to have my eyes opened! Forty years ago I was a two-sport college athlete, now I want to work out more which is what I have been praying for. Will use this advice as well and can’t wait to ski this year! I am happy to share with anyone with similar health goals and interested in pursuing more. Addding a phototherapy patch made the difference for me. Have a blessed day everyone!

I enjoyed reading that. I gave up an office job in 1989 to work as a waitress because I couldn't stand sitting at a desk. I'm still a waitress at 56 years old. 😁

I've had a chest problem since 2016.

Due to the "advanced" medicine in my home country of Macedonia and my weight at the time, no doctor took an X-ray, let alone a CT scan.

In the end, I got an X-ray on my own, and the result was emphysema. Officially, I was told there’s no help for me, so I started looking into unofficial options to see what’s out there.

I engaged GROK from X, and it started finding some things.

To keep it short, I’ll write what I’ve been using with no effect—maybe I’m not dosing correctly.

If anyone wants to help, please do, because I’m at the end of my rope. I nebulize 3 ml of DMSO (50/50 ratio) twice a day.

I nebulize 1 ml of liposomal glutathione (containing 55 mg glutathione) twice a day.

I nebulize 15-20 drops of propolis once a day.

And sometimes I nebulize 3% hydrogen peroxide diluted in a 2 ml hydrogen to 10 ml water ratio.

1.Update

I’ve come to the conclusion that emphysema is incurable. Everyone who reports any improvement has actually improved the condition in

the rest of their chest. In my case, the rest of my chest is already in good shape, mainly because I’ve been taking ivermectin

since the start of COVID and have never had the symptoms others report (coughing, wheezing, mucus).

2.Update

Last 5 Days (Nov 11–15)Mon night: Massive hemoptysis (10 min).

Tue: Bloody mucus all day ? 8h sleep.

Wed: Minor blood ? cleared by evening.

Thu: Clean all day ? 1 bloody spit after toilet strain.

2 more after cold air ? clean mucus.

Got Almetex 10 mg ? 1st pill 19:00.

Wave 15:00: 3–4 thin bloody spits.

21:54: 20–30% bloody mucus ? 2nd Almetex + cold compress + H?O?.

Fri morning: Slept 8h, no fresh blood, clean mucus. Resumed DMSO.

Current StatusLungs: Clean mucus, no blood/cough.

Sat: 94–97% on concentrator, 87% off.

Triggers: Toilet strain, cold air.

Energy: Very low – afraid of bathroom.

Weight: 129 kg, 16:8 fasting.

GoalStop bleeding waves + regain energy
