First of all, thank you for standing with me on this journey. I recently celebrated three years of writing on Substack, and now 134,000 of you have made this page a go-to source for news—a milestone that fewer than 1% of newsletters ever reach.

What an honor.

This journey has been incredible, and I’m deeply grateful to all of you for sticking with me through the crimes of COVID, the battles of the 2024 election, and now as we track the victories but also some head-scratching moves from the Trump administration and RFK Jr.’s HHS.

I’ve always been a news junkie, but I never imagined becoming a news source for so many like-minded people. That’s a responsibility I take very seriously, and with it, I take extra care to cross-check sources and ensure accuracy in my reporting—especially on health topics.

The Evolution of VigilantFox.com

When I started this page, I was a lone fox crying out in the wilderness to a tiny audience, doing everything I could to warn the public about the dangers of the shots and push back against COVID tyranny.

But along the way came massive growth, and VigilantFox.com quickly became something far bigger than just me.

I’m only one person, and I can’t possibly cover every important story that deserves attention on my own. That’s why I built a team and partnered with Maria Zeee to launch the Daily Pulse show—so you get more updates, more news, more stories that matter straight into your inbox. In times like these, I believe people deserve a home for news they can count on for truth.

But building a trusted news hub isn’t cheap—hiring staff and producing a daily show carries real costs.

Starting September 1, paid subscriptions will increase from $5 to $7 per month to keep this mission sustainable.

Before you worry about these changes, let me clarify what this means for you.

Nothing changes for current supporters. If you’re already a paid subscriber, you’re locked in at the $5/month rate for life as long as you keep your subscription active.

This adjustment only affects new paid subscribers starting September 1.

For free subscribers, nothing changes for you either. Most of my content will remain free, but if you’d like to support me before the price increase takes effect, now is the time.

Your support keeps operations running smoothly and ensures this Substack remains a truth-seeking platform for everyone—free and paid subscribers alike.

And there’s a new perk coming for paid subscribers that I’ll share shortly.

The Value Proposition

Substack enforces a minimum subscription price of $5/month—a rate I was perfectly happy with at the start.

But another reason I’ve decided to raise the monthly rate is that $5/month puts me in the same tier as brand-new authors just getting started on Substack.

When I first launched, I was one of those junior authors, still sharpening my writing skills and finding my voice.

Today, the quality and consistency in my writing are much higher. At $7/month, this price reflects the standard of a premium publication—something I strive to deliver to you every day.

And then you have to consider what I deliver compared to the competition.

I don’t know of any other newsletter that puts out a daily top 10 list of stories to keep readers informed on what happened that day.

Why? Because it’s excruciatingly time-consuming.

I don’t mind. I love what I’m doing. But if you’re not online constantly sifting through the news, listening to multiple podcasts, and doing your own research, compiling that list is nearly impossible.

But I do it every single day I can, because I know how much you value it—and there’s no other format that delivers this much news in a 5-minute read. That’s a service I believe warrants a premium price.

At $7/month, I still think it’s a bargain—but I’m also mindful that food, rent, and the cost of living are rising for everyone.
