It's all deliberate. They needed to insert the absolute weakest possible candidate in order to then remove her at the apropos time - for Hillary Clinton. The woman is consumed with vengeance and would never allow anyone to steal her crown. Which is what this has all been about since Day One.
This was all premediated - it was no great revelation, to the entire world mind you, that Biden was cognitively impaired long before the debate.
