Most news outlets seem to report that at least one of the two illegals wanted by ICE was living there PRIOR TO Thao, the guy they arrested, and that the wanted man was the ex husband of one of Thao’s family members. Nobody seems to say anything about the whereabouts of the 2nd illegal they were after.
Maybe Thao is guilty by association but ICE also could have nabbed the wrong guy.
