Haven't heard anything stating this action is a violation of the Constitution. The SC has no jurisdiction in the matters of immigration/naturalization. The SC has given itself powers over the past many decades that constitutionally they do not have and we and our elected have allowed them to over step its authority. The SC was designed as the weakest branch of the government and our founders intended it to be that way with Congress having the most power of all 3 branches.....Congress is the only branch that can impeach and it is the branch closest to the people.....again they were made the more power branch by our founders. The SC is crossing the line of separation between the branches. Who the heck is advising the President on matters of the Constitution. Whoever it is obviously has no clue about the Constitution. 1. CONGRESS creates the lower courts and guess what???? Congress can shut down the lower courts, combine lower courts and they can also decide what cases they hear. So why isn't Congress just doing its job? AND Congress can impeach SC justices for bad behavior. Well guess what the SC justices violating the US Constitution is bad behavior in my book.
