But don't forget, the nutrition department of education is also designed to destroy health. If RFK Jr is as good as I hope, he will take notice of what's taught by elite run higher education as well

We concurrently need to address the food industry. Eating fruits and vegetables from dead dirt devoid of soil microbiome and nutrients and filled with pesticides instead of living soil, people will still be sick but now the ‘scientists’ and pharma will say, “See? We told you it isn’t the food.”

That's why I stated this elsewhere in the comments:

"That's why all M.D.s etc. need to have mandatory nutrition classes even if they've been a doctor for 50 yrs. Make them all go back to school to learn proper nutrition, it shouldn't take too long to do that. It could probably be done in 2 or 3 classes at most. Otherwise, they lose their certification."

Well. maybe if RFKjr can overcome the dozens of years of their indoctrination that vitamins are expensive urine, because in Ohio when they finally legalized medical marijuana for pain and epilepsy and other problems badly treated by standard medicine AND the law included a tidy certification program for MDs to be knowledgeable, the MDs sat on their hands... There were under 700 certified 4 years later,... I figure Ohio has at least an average share of the 1,000,000 MDs nationwide so that's 700 out of 50,000....

And as for the number of classes, maybe '2 or 3' would do if we're satisfied with just addressing the current chronics list.. if it includes use of Sayer Ji's GREENMED research database to open them to the vastness of the potentials

True! The Food Industry does nutrition research that will back up the sales of its products. This is what is offered R.D.s in nutrition schools. I have purchased many nutrition books in the last 64 years...and most are lucky to be 20% valid. They are obtaining their information from the Food Industry. One has to get off the beaten path and study healthy societies and healthy people in order to learn. There are some books that are totally valid - People need to start following people who have track records who lived over 100 healthy years. I would say that Dr. N.W. Walker was an authority. He wrote ten books on the subject of health and nutrition. I have information that confirms he lived 118 healthy years. I met people who knew him. for years. For some reason he never mentioned his age...He called himself AGELESS. His wife let me know, when he died and sent me a copy of: A Legacy of Love, which was recited at his funeral. In 1985, Dr. Walker was out walking his daily five miles, when he was hit by a car on a country road in Arizona...He did not die instantly. He lived another three months. There was some controversy over his age. Social Security has his age as 99, but from what i learned...it was not correct. I met a man who knew Dr. Walker, when he had a farm in Arkansas...He was a young boy whom Dr. Walker let drive his auto around the farm. Dr. Walker showed him his Baptismal Certificate...with a date on it of 1867. When I do my Journey to Wellness substack, I give people the names of nutrition and health books, which are valid.

The insurers would save money in the long run by not having to cover ever descending into ever deeper medical expenses by the current MDs... ?? TTYL

Let’s also teach healthy nutrition from healthy foods as subjects in school. Let’s also provide healthy food at school starting in kindergarten. That way no one should in the future be waiting for a doctor to prescribe a healthy diet.

My children attended Waldorf schools in the US and in France. They were served healthy organic lunches prepared at the school every day. I am French and I always cooked fresh organic meals for my family. When I moved to the states my body changed because I couldn’t cook with the same ingredients. Thank god the organic wave started and I was able to regain a healthy weight and feed good food to my family

We can’t let “food be thy medicine” until big ag and big corporations stop poisoning us. Why should there have to be organic vs. conventional? How bout just clean food and water? Tell corporations to stop producing food products with cheap nasty ingredients banned across Europe. Keep the crap outta our foods! We don’t want seed oils! Or synthetic chemical ingredients, or animal DNA or micro plastics. Don’t want glyphosate, heavy metals, dirty water, GMO’s , nor anything else that’s not natural nor healthy for humans & our pets. Just stop!

The information is available for anyone who is disciplined enough to look for it. As to the doctors and their training I have listened to many doctors who have left the herd. The twenty hours is probably rare and some say 1-2 hours. It also involves the vets as well. My little guy goes to a Holistic vet and it is all about nutrition.

I am not a medical professional but I can proudly say my families health and mine are important. I spend on the average three hours a day researching. As a start I would highly recommend GreenMedinfo Sayer Ji's site as well as the Midwesterndoctor. Both provide documented sources for their information. As to the web or youtube beware the vast majority are big pharma/big medical propaganda or individuals selling stuff. Are their exceptions, sure, but verify what they put out.

When Rockefeller took over Medical Schools, providing funding, he immediately moved away from know, effective natural medicine & nutrition to the pharmaceutical model, while funding (=contriling) pharmaceutical & chemical companies ar the same time.

And the rest is wretched history.

All of these changes would be fantastic, but it wouldn’t only take retraining in the Medical schools, it would take re-educating the public as well…., they are used to wanting instantaneous fixes. Another area that RFK should add to the reeducation is the use of Natural Health products. God has given us everything here on this earth to fix everything we can get.

Actually, what makes Big Pharma (or at least its private owners) rich is the fact that the U.S. allows "healthcare" to be owned by private individuals for their own private profit, handing their cartel monopoly status, which our gov't of the 1%, by the 1%, & for the 1% then enforces AND SUBSIDIZES w/ our own wildly-regressive tax dollars. I bet that if the gov't nationalized that cartel & taxed the top 2% (you know, the Americans who own 90% of all U.S. wealth) to fund actual healthcare for everyone, that top 2% would make sure the "healthcare" actually worked as advertized, as it's way cheaper to preserve health than to try to restore it once's it's gone.

✊🏻🍀Well, the intention to change this system, which has enslaved doctors for 100 years, is a lifelong task. You have to start with education in medical schools, which will take two generations, since the teachers themselves have been indoctrinated by the pharmaceutical industry, and "help" the universities with donations, etc. While ambitious, it's the right path to making people healthier. But... no sick people, no business!!!✊🏻🍀

I applaud the effort to improve nutrition are, but that is only one half of the equation.

Food and Oxygen: The Foundation of Cellular Metabolism

Cellular metabolism is the process by which the body breaks down glucose to create energy (ATP).

Biochemical Formula of Cellular Respiration

C6H12O6 + 6 O2 → 6 CO2 + 6 H2O + ~36 ATP

This is the essence of metabolism—how your cells convert food and oxygen into usable energy.

Nutrition and Oxygen: Both Are Critical

Good nutrition is essential for a healthy metabolism. Eating natural foods and avoiding processed foods and chemical additives supports better long-term health.

But oxygen is just as essential—cellular metabolism cannot occur without it. You can improve your diet for better nutrition, but how can you consume more oxygen?

The Simple Answer: Drink Ozone Water

Ozone water is simply water infused with energized oxygen (ozone). Unlike ordinary oxygen (O₂), ozone provides both O₂ and highly active singlet oxygen (O¹).

Why does this matter? For metabolism to occur, oxygen molecules must be split into singlets before they can be used to create energy. Ozone water delivers oxygen already in this ready-to-use singlet form.

Two Essential Functions of Singlet Oxygen

Oxidizer & Disinfectant – Singlet oxygen instantly breaks down organics and pathogens into their basic elements, destroying viruses and bacteria on contact and disinfecting anything it touches.

Direct Oxygenation – Singlet oxygen is immediately available for metabolism, fueling the body with energy and vitality.

The Dual Purpose of Ozone Water

By drinking ozone water, you instantly:

Disinfect the body to prevent infection.

Oxygenate the body to power metabolism and boost vitality.

The result? Your body is simultaneously cleaned and energized.

Conclusion

Eat natural, healthy foods and drink ozone water daily. Together, they provide the building blocks and the oxygen fuel your body needs to be healthier, stronger, and invigorated.

Economists will go haywire: Just imagine a huge portion of these pill-pushers, their educational institutions, big-pharma and raw-material suppliers, TV-"news"-stations, media in general, courts and lawyers, etc., etc. getting out of business, paying no more taxes, polluting & consuming much less ...

Hopefully RJK Jr. stays alive and can get through this dense, swampy brush unscathed.

It would make clear, that an extremely huge portion of the US-populace (including MIC & finance) leads a totally parasitic life on the shoulders of the domestic hard-working "normalos" as well as the ones in their global empire ...

Revolutionary times indeed ...
