I came across this article today. My husband was in Pharmaceuticals for 30 + yrs before passing away in Jan 2022 from a massive blood clot from the J&J covid-shot. He did not want the mRNA but was threatened he could loose his profession if not vaccinated.

I still can see some of his pharma info he used to follow and this to me seems very concerning, interesting and not surprising all at the same time. When there are currently so many turbo cancers caused from the original Covid mRNA gene therapy drug that causes cancer, to now a new innovative drug also using mRNa is created to treat what the original mRNA caused in the first place? Ingenious! Follow the money trail and Big Pharma. BioNTech/Pfizer was one of the original Covid mRNA, not a good company

A New Chapter Begins

Today marks a truly exciting and historic moment for CureVac and for each one of us who has passionately advanced the science of mRNA. I’m excited to announce that we entered into a definitive Purchase Agreement with BioNTech SE, another pioneering German leader in mRNA innovation, pursuant to which BioNTech intends to acquire all of the shares of CureVac.

In addition to uniting two exceptional organizations bound by a powerful shared vision - leveraging science to improve and save lives – it recognizes not only our advanced technology and capabilities but, crucially, the extraordinary dedication and passion of our people over the past 25 years to bring CureVac to this pivotal moment.

The decision to join BioNTech is anchored in a fundamental belief: together, we can fully realize the transformative potential of mRNA medicine.

Unlocking mRNA’s full potential: As a new and combined company, we can accelerate and expand the development of mRNA-based therapies, particularly in oncology and other areas. This partnership promises meaningful and lasting benefits for patients, shareholders, Germany, and society as a whole.

CureVac has always believed that mRNA could be more than a breakthrough - it could redefine medicine itself. Now, with BioNTech’s partnership, we have the resources, talent, and scale necessary to realize this ambitious vision fully.
