But if it's around 30%, the whole thing may implode eventually.

It’s marvelous how what America represented since 1776 (“government by the people, for the people…”) was spread to East Germany and Eastern Europe during the Cold War and studied by those captured peoples for decades. They have taken it on board in a way that so many Americans have forgotten.
