Over thirty five years ago, as a nurse in the neonatal unit, i was arguing with the pediatric residents about the wholesale administration of the hep b vax. All the care was delivered in the clinic nursery by residents. One of the residents, whom I liked and respected, said “ I give all my babies the vax”. But why, if there is no risk factor? If the mother was registered, we had the hepatitis titer status. If, as often was the case, the mom was unregistered (just presented at the ER in labour with no documented prenatal care ) then we tested for all the STDs, Aids, and also bagged the babies for drugs. The hep titer could have been included at that time, and if positive, the hep b vax could have been administered. How many thousands of babies over the 35 years received unnecessary vaccinations, and how many had adverse events? Given the population, i posit there were many adverse events which probably were not reported, documented or acknowledged.
Any Doctor still promoting injecting Hep B into a newborn should lose their license! Plain and simple. Truthfully no child needs this vaccine except maybe the 0.5% who are unfortunate enough to be exposed to IV drug use and unsafe conditions.
Even those would usually already be infected via the mother. Do they even test the babies first? What does it do to the baby if the baby is already infected and they then give the vaccine?
Just like with all the vaccines no one knows the answer to that because they don’t have any safety data on individual vaccines. Now let’s put three or four vaccines together and hope for the best. Again No safety data, and it’s impossible to know all the different variables, of side effects, with combination drugs.
It was the moms of vaccine injured children, that pleaded with Kennedy to look at the toxic heavy metals in vaccines which they suspected were causing their children to be autistic, nonverbal, ADHD etc. (Mercury and aluminum). It happened when he was cleaning up the Hudson river from industry pollutants which included toxic heavy metals. He has the ability to read scientific and medical data from being an environmental lawyer.
Meanwhile, elected officials are trying to take away the religious exemption in Massachusetts. Imagine being the mother of a vaccine injured child being told unless their child gets vaccinated, they are not allowed to go to public school.
