These stories prove that there are angels on the battlefield. What remarkable courage these men possessed! Freedom isn't free. Thousands have paid the ultimate price.

I knew the stories of Audie Murphy and even Desmond Doss, but I had not heard the stories of heroes Roy Benavidez or Alwyn Cashe.

With this single post you have earned my subscription, which has now payed for itself. Thanks VF!

We placed 500 flags on the graves of our brave heroes this week. It is humbling to see how many have served to protect our freedoms… freedom is never free .

I am so proud of these young men who fought for our freedom. They went through hell to save many men on the battlefield, caring nothing about themselves through tremendous pain. I pray there is a book written on behalf of their fearlessness; they should NEVER be forgotten. At the same time, I am so ashamed of the college students who stick up for terrorists, while our very nation is being destroyed by them. They could NEVER be the brave soldiers of old. They have been deceived by the enemy, and because of that, they don't deserve our tax dollars so they can act like fools. Perhaps they should be sent to the terrtioust and see what mistake they have made!!

Awe inspiring. I had heard of Audy Murphy but not the stories behind him. Saw some of his movies. He seemed so sweet and unassuming. The Fat Electrician on FB has made it a mission to try and make some of the heroism of our people in uniform known, too, in his own style.

Great post. And it took a president with guts over money, understanding over money, and forthrightness over money to see that it happened. Go slay the rest of dragons President Trump. In a perfect world those who follow him will have a smidgen of his guts over money and also wear a red cap.

People should hear these stories before deciding on supporting war—either in Ukraine or the Middle East. Somebody’s kids are going to be wounded and dying.
