Second, in doing the former, the ruling class gets to strictly filter and manage the narrative on what needs to be said about any given topic; which ‘experts’ are given the stage to speak; and whose voices are excluded from debates, or even defamed and slandered, if necessary.

Re RFK Jr. and Ozempiic comments: I've read most of the books by Gary Taubes. If even half of what he recounts is true, then there are a few problems with the advice that public health is giving about how to reduce the scourge of obesity. Now it’s true that one has to change one’s diet, but they rarely say how. Well, at least in the examples cited. Actually, the traditional advice is to “eat less.” And to exercise, always to exercise. This is often called the "calories in, calories out" policy. It sounds logical on the surface: surely a person gets fat because they eat more than their body's needs or burns by activity, so the excess is stored as fat, right? Well guess what? According to Taubes, this counsel is mostly wrong! For most, maybe not all obese, the solution is to drastically cut down on carbs, especially refined and the sugars. As for exercise, it has health benefits, but contrary to popular belief it’s very difficult to lose and keep off much weight by exercising.
Preach. It’s all about insulin and glucose. In addition to making you fat, they also accelerate aging and disease. Perhaps they help you burn a little brighter in some ways, but that which burns twice as bright burns half as long. People mistake “performance” for health and longevity. It’s no surprise that society wants you performing and not exactly healthy. If the whole country went keto, we’d actually start talking about things like watching sunsets, the nature of reality, and the meaning of life. We’d look at our kids and see angels. Instead we watch stock tickers and continue building the road to nowhere. We’re all juiced on a drug, and that drug is over abundant and ever present carbohydrate. Too much fuel burns out the mitochondria in time and causes cognitive decline, kinda like how most drugs feel good in the short term but ultimately corrode the platforms they manipulate.
Part of Trump not wanting to talk about the vaccines is that he was tricked into fast tracking approval of what turned out to be an extremely dangerous drug that should never have been approved at all, and his ego just doesn't handle things like that well at all. Dems got him to put his name on what they knew would be an horrible fiasco for Americans and humanity at large. Remember, they had Fauci on their team, and he knew full well it was no good, not properly tested for safety or efficacy, indeed that all the animals died in standard testing for safety, a coup!e of decades earlier, when they were trying to roll it out for SARS-1!

He tried to get Trump to change course, brought in Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, Dr. LLadapo & others to educate him, would not listen. The man that did listen to these guys was the Governor of Florida, the guy that should be our nominee.

100% correct. I'm 5'11 and I maxed my weight at 270 lb 8 years ago I changed my diet completely to low carb I am currently 180 lb
